“In my opinion the staff is GREAT at this location. I just completed my 18th gallon contribution of platelets at this location yesterday. They are friendly, courteous and professional. As soon as I walk in the door they look up and say Hello Mr. Bye, even if they are in the back ground. Some of the good employees have transferred out of this location like Tina and Noel, but still have excellent individuals like Gina, Gloria and the young gentleman with my same date of birth month and day, but not year. My veins have a tendency to roll, especially in my left arm so the experienced techs makes sure a new tech is aware of this fact before they attempt to stick me. There are other employees there that are great, I just don’t remember their names. They all sincerely care about your comfort level and taking great care of you. James Bye”

After he opened his assisted living care home my husband transfered to there and was cared for in the very best way. The owner recognized immediately a problem that my husband developed and he was taken to the hospital. Then he came back to the care home. “This place is amazing! I called and the receptionist was super helpful and courteous. I got a same day appointment and when I arrived to the office I learned that who I talked to over the phone was actually Dr. Rowe helping out since it was busy! The actual receptionist was awesome, the minor surgery was done quick and painless and Dr. Rowe was able to make me feel comfortable and properly educate me. I wish they were a general practitioners office because this was the best overall service I have ever received.”
