“I was working with a man at this store, he encouraged e to get my favorite carpet. I wish I had heeded the warning of a women who worked there. She said that with none people living in my home that I should only get nylon carpeting. The nylon carpeting that I could afford was not eye appealing. The man I worked with and that the synthetic carpet would be fine, that I'd only have trouble with the stairs. He recommended purchasing and storing carpet for the stairs, which we did. Unfortunately, this kind of carpeting wears down very quickly. All the softness and pretty goes away in the blink of an eye. It started looking not new within the first week. The type of carpet I purchased was called Paradox, it was supposed to be the longest and thickest of its grouping, but once it was installed it really did not look like what I chose. I wish I had a sample with me to compare it to. So if someone wisely recommends a better more expensive carpet, consider it.”

“The people that work here are super rad. They are always so helpful. If they don't have something in stock they can order it for you online and have it shipped to the store for free. Noice! I haven't met someone here yet that has a bad attitude. The place isn't very big though. I feel like a bull in a china shop everytime I'm here but I can see how it would be even more difficult for someone with a stroller or in a chair. The cool thing though is I'm sure that whomever is working would be more than happy to grab whatever you're looking for. They also have probably the biggest clearance section of any Hot Topic close by. It's in the back by the employee stock room door so if you have some time you can really find some good deals!”
