My washing machine wasn’t draining so he came out and explained everything as he took it apart showing me that the pump is still working so it was actually a communication issue with the display panel. At the end it would be cheaper to replace and he had a refurbished model ready for me. I’ll continue to use this company going forward with all my installation and repair needs.”
