“This review isn’t about how awful Home Depot, the brand, is. The convenience of these stores is amazing. I’m grateful for a place I can shop for thousands of things without having to deal with contractors for everything. That said, today, was not a great experience. In Home Depot, you’ll either be left alone to fend for yourself with associates avoiding customers at any cost, or you’ll have five associates asking if you need help within a span of ten minutes. After saying “excuse me”, several times, an associate in the hardware/fasteners department, continued to ignore me. So, I tried to squeeze past him and bumped into the two carts he had positioned in the middle of the aisle. I said “I’m so sorry!” He didn’t hesitate even a minute to tell me he would have been finished in five minutes and I could have waited. After I brushed off the incident, he perpetuated the situation by asking me if someone I knew died or what my emergency was. I ignored the associate and continued to the check out. Customer service training is a vital part of creating a consumer friendly atmosphere. We don’t need fifty hellos or credit card offers, but respect would be ideal.”

“Probably one of the best companies that I have dealt with here in the valley. I have had pest control service for over 10 years and none of them seem to even come close to their customer service. They are always prompt on taking care of my issues in between services. I like how I can set it and forget it and it's comforting to know they're here every month on a recurring plan to help rid my home of scorpions. Its taken a few services, but they were able to control the problem. I recommend these guys and gals for your pest control company”

“I LOVED this place! At HomeGoods, I bought many trendy items to decorate my new apartment! ???????????? Each time I visited, they had many different items. Hot products can be sold very quickly, so *if you see something that you really like,* I suggest that you BUY IT RIGHT AWAY. It may be gone at your next visit. Have a fun time here if you’re looking to make some creative changes in your decor, housewares, rugs, and small furniture. It’s not too crowded at off hours, the personnel are very friendly, and returns are easy to make. Some shopping carts are hard to push and sing a sad, screechy tune. (I think this is a common complaint everywhere.) My only regret is that I didn’t decide to get my credit card sooner. At first, I didn’t think I’d be shopping here often, but I returned many times because I liked the variety of products a lot. By the time I decided to get the C.C., I had made SO many purchases that I could’ve used that card for! ????????♀️ PLUS – *they discount the first purchases you make with your application* – so be sure to buy your most expensive items when you apply for your credit card!”
