“Great company and great service. Always show up when they say they will and always put down delta dust at every egress. Very thorough with they’re work and it’s usually Shawn’s brother that shows up, every time. I have used them for 3.5 yrs and never a new face. Very trustworthy as I’ve never needed to escort them through the property or inside the house. As a person that is a native of AZ, I can attest the delta dust stops crickets and scorpions. These guys are one of the only ones that use it and they use liberal amounts! It’s white powder that they put at the corners of the entrance points in the home. It’s not pretty but it keeps you from having to take a toddler at 1am to the emergency room for a scorpion sting. Trust me these guys know their stuff, this is what they do! Scorpions are no joke! Thank you for everything Shawn! The wife convinced me to move to a small farm town in Iowa, in exchange for my own ride on lawn mower and all the snow I could want! “The store seems to have changed to more of a clothing store. That had apparel for men, women, and kids. I've found the clothing to be cut small. The employees are really nice. On my last visit there were several "house challenged" men hanging around outside. Aside from that, it's a nice place to shop.”

They are prepared to be creative with suggestions, but they were very careful to listen to our desires. They were CLEAN. We were prepared for a mess, but pleased with their attention to keeping the home clean every day. Even my son mentioned that he was expecting the effort to be a dusty mess. And they had great COMMUNICATION throughout the effort. From ordering the hardware to the daily work schedule, there was excellent communication and cooperation throughout the process. The quality is very high end and it has not only elevated our whole backyard it is so comfortable and everyone wants to sit on it. He's always careful to call ahead, making sure our dogs are put away while he works. He asks what, if anything, he should be aware of that might be new that he needs to treat for. “Matt and Matt (yes, both workers were named Matt) were amazing. They installed my walk-in tub. They were amazing. They covered my floors with drop cloths for protection. They ensured to close the front door whenever they needed to go in and out because I have a cat who likes to dart out if he sees an open door. The work was done in two days! The Luxstone design is beautiful. Matt and Matt were very pleasant, polite, and professional. They kept me up to date on their progress. There is a small patchwork on the wall that needs to be completed and Matt noted it in the file that he will return to complete that. Before leaving, Matt explained the function of each dial on tub and also gave me cleaning instructions. Amazing job!”

“Last Tuesday my washer died & I needed a new one asap. Their website said they had the model I wanted in stock. Since I was having a crazy week, I called instead of going in. I told them I understood that supply chain issues are causing delays but that I needed it now and asked them to verify that the washer (and dryer) were indeed in stock and ready to be delivered. They verified with their warehouse so I went to the store to purchase the set. While there, they called and verified again that the set was indeed at the warehouse and set up delivery for that Thursday. There was a small snafu with communication on the delivery time, but they returned my call quickly, explained the problem (which they had just fixed), apologized and got the set out to me and set up. Overall, a very good experience. They listened to my needs, were friendly, helpful and I will to them again for more appliances. (If you are looking for a new washer/dryer, I highly recommend the Speed Queen TR7/DR7.)”
