I have to say they took care of me. The item wasn't in stock in their store but offered to find one and have it shipped to me or their store. I couldn't do that since it was Christmas eve. Cashier suggested the next model up. I said if I could get it at a discount I would be more than happy to buy it. Cashier had to check with Manager. Then they asked me if I had considered reupholstering in new material, which I had thought of, and quoted me a really good price to do that. Same cost for cloth or vinyl. I agreed. They said it would take about a week. I think it was 8 days from start to finish. The final product is so amazing. It matches my interior colors perfectly and I couldn’t be more pleased.
