“This emergency room was amazing! Everyone I dealt with was really nice, patient and professional. It was really busy so it took awhile to get a bed but once I did the doctor was there in less than 5 minutes. She explained thoroughly what tests would be done and when she left a nurse immediately came over to get the tests ready, after that another nurse came right over to make me comfortable. The nurses and doctor constantly checked on me to make sure I was OK. They had plenty of nurses to take care of everyone. This was in stark contrast to what my sister experienced at a hospital in Chandler last week. They came back with the test results quickly and we were on our way shortly after that. If I ever need to go to an emergency room again it will be this one.”

A lady who checked me one time hurt me when she checked me & made me bleed. Didn't like her. Front desk staff were nice & so were the ones who drew my blood. I enjoyed going to the ultrasound lady, she was very nice & funny.”
