“Midas in Grafton is truly a needle in a haystack. We moved to Grafton a few years ago and quickly realized that we were a long way from Dealerships that service the brands of vehicles that my wife and I own (Hyundai and Toyota). The best thing about this particular Midas franchise is that they really do treat you like family; they always remember your name and will go above and beyond to help you out. The other thing is that they are honest - period. Most people know when they are being ripped-off (or at least I do), and its just not in their nature to do so at this Midas. When a shop is honest and treat you well, you tend to stick with them - and I'm a loyal customer, I wouldn't go anywhere else.”
