I have not gotten a tattoo here but had a piercing changed out and she was very quick with her work and very kind and patient. I had a question about a different piercing and she didn't mind explaining things and offered to order what they didn't have in shop, two things never done when I've inquired about that piercing. I've had way worse wait times and an almost never ending string of bad luck with rude and entitled people. Great price on my captive bead and fitting. Didn't try to up-sell me. Great people, will be going back and recommending.”

There is an in-store Sephora boutique, as well, and I received a nice set of moisturizers as a gift for shopping during my birthday month! Nice!The staff were helpful and courteous and the premises were clean and modern. I will definitely return to this location. The only reason it didn’t receive 5 stars is because the checkout process was quite lengthy. The line was long (Saturday afternoon) and no additional checkers were available to manage the volume of shoppers. Will go during off-peak hours when I return.”
