The end result is an award winning truck – from the first Goodguys Show in Colorado where we won Best Early Truck and Trick Truck of the Year Finalist. It continues to win at most shows – over 20 awards. I did not want a show truck – wanted a custom driver and we have driven it over 8,000 miles in the first year. It has not been on a trailer at all. I really enjoyed the design process from fitting a 55 dash to the custom bed he made from scratch and the 100’s of small custom touches. Travis continues to stand by his work even though it has been completed over a year, has fixed a few minor issues without charging me and added a few new touches. After completing the work he inspected my locks and found that two of my deadbolt locks weren't fully engaging (means somebody could have taken a sharp object and just pry them open). He said he could drill the hole deeper so that they could fully engage (and gave me another good price) or I could do it and he showed me what needed to be done. I let him take care of it, he cleaned up got paid and was out! Painless!”

“Residential Lock and Security Locksmith Services, Owned by Rafael Ortiz is the "Locksmith of the year." I had an old front door lock situation that would require me to purchase a new door. However, in general conversation someone said call Residential, and I did. No regrets here! I called and Rafael said that he may be able to help me if I don't mind using recycled Lock parts. When Rafael came to my home, I showed him a box of old door knobs. He immediately recognized the needed lock for the door. He is so skilled that he rebuilt the knobs so that the lock had the same key as the deadbolt. What a relief! Then, he said the deadbolt is installed incorrectly; he corrected it. Amazing to me because the deadbolt was working. I say that to say, Rafael is skilled and an expert at his craft. He is reliable, proficient, and a professional working with his clients.
