“Door knob on my wooden double doors to my house malfunctioned and the bolt locked in place, preventing the doors from opening. YouTube videos made it seem like the only resolution was to break open the doors. I called J&J on a Saturday morning and he arrived 15 minutes later. He was able to take apart the knob, free the bolt, and replace it without damage to the door. All for a very reasonable price. I would absolutely use them in the future for any locksmith issues.”

“Our Security Door lock was not working correctly and kept locking us IN the house. We called John from Bell Safe and Lock and he came this morning to fix the lock. He had to rebuild the lock so it would lock correctly. Since all of our locks were over 30 years old, he also refurbished all of our locks and deadbolts - 12 in total! We now have locks that work easier. And, he also rekeyed all the locks so we now have one key for all! I am so excited not to have to keep track of keys. “I backed up into my garage this morning and needed an emergency repair. I couldn’t even get to work with my car stuck in the garage. I called at 7:30 for help, they told me they could have a repair technician out between 11:30-1:00. I was pleased when the repairman showed up at 11:00. He was upfront about the costs and my options, clearly knowledgeable, and it only took about 45 minutes for him to repair the door. The price was reasonable for the service. I had anticipated spending between $600-$800, but only paid a little under $500. Altogether a needed rescue from my predicament. He also programmed my garage door openers, since they were the reason I was using the garage timer in the first place. I recommend them for sure.”
