“Today I completed my physical therapy for my thumb surgery. I was lucky enough to have Kathy Cano as my therapist. But even before that, I met the front office lady called, T. She was open and welcoming and helpful and always greeted me with a smile. Kathy was gentle, supportive and worked with me every time I came in. She had Devon, Megan and Victor as techs and all were attentive and helped her complete the therapy on my hand. Last week there were three of us patients and we laughed and really had a fun time all the while working and getting better. “Background: I had XTC install a leveling kit two years ago this month. After hearing some noises I wanted it checked out and took it to the RAM dealership. They proceeded to tell me the ball joints were going bad and because they were aftermarket would not cover the repair. They recommended reaching out to the manufacturer. I called XTC up and talked to Nate. He was awesome! Offered to take a look to see if it was covered under ReadyLifts warranty. He not only confirmed everything was still good to go but took the time to lubricate everything and make sure the truck was safe before leaving. Amazing customer service. They took care of me two years ago and had another great experience with them today. If you need somewhere to take your rigs I would highly recommend these guys.”
