She is a gentle adjuster and it never hurts, but still really really gets the job done. I have TMJ and clench my teeth and nothing relieves my jaw pain like her adjustments. I’ve been seeing her regularly for years now and have never had less back, neck, or jaw pains. I really can’t recommend her highly enough! “My 1st visit my wait was a bit long but I was quickly put in a less crowded waiting room as the main waiting room was full. The wait was long because they were extremely busy that day. Once I was put in a room the Dr. was with me quickly and I had a quick bit very efficient visit with my Dr, he was very nice) and was on my way. All follow up visits have been very quick and great. “This is my first choice for Physical Therapy. I have been to other establishments and what I like about The Center for Athletic Performance are the therapists Graham and Erin. Graham really knows his stuff and he makes sure from beginning to end you are accomplishing your goals. The atmosphere and the openness of the facility is a lot more desirable to me than other places I have been for PT. I will continue to go there for any future physical therapy treatments. They also offer other forms of treatment besides exercise and resistant training to help accelerate the healing process. Go check them out and you will be very happy you did!”

“I can't say enough good things about In Touch! The staff are all extremely helpful and beyond friendly. Even if it is a busy day, or if I'm the only one in there receiving treatment, everyone always checks in to see how I'm doing and offer any assistance if needed. Kayla, Leslie & Alyssa (sorry if I spelled any of your names incorrectly) are always very cheerful & help make what would normally be a dull experience, fun & enjoyable. They all greet me by name when I get there, which they do with every client (not a small feat, as I can barely remember my own name some times, let alone dozens of them a day). Then there is Al at the reception desk. Al rounds out the entire crew, always greets me with a smile & is quick with the witty humor. I've been going in for therapy for nearly 2 months now & I've noticed a dramatic reduction in pain and an improvement in posture. In Touch is far more than just a chiropractic center, which is what I was expecting when I walked in. As the name says, it is truly a WELLNESS Center! It also doesn't hurt that they always play great music while I'm there. I have pretty eclectic tastes when it comes to music & they never fail to impress. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend In Touch & I can't recall a time where I've encountered a better, friendlier crew. My visits here are one of the highlights of my day.”

“All too often we take the time to complain, however this review is just the opposite. The staff at this Empower Physical Therapy location Chris, Paulina and Ryan are amazing. When I started this injury a year ago I was promptly sent to PT. Chris started my shoulder therapy along with taping my injury and I was on the road to mending, unfortunately due to my detriment I re injured myself and had to have surgery and back to therapy I went. As soon as you walk into this location you are greeted by Paulina with a smile along with: how is your day going are you feeling any better. Also, I never had to wait for service and my therapy was perfectly suited to my injuries, each time I went I received phenomenal care. Chris, Ryan and Paulina were very compassionate and were patient with me. Chris is an amazing therapist who suited my therapy perfectly to my injuries. Ryan is never short of amusing stories that somehow make the time go faster. I felt very taken care of and most of all, they got me back to full functioning, being able to do all the active things I love to do. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and professionalism of the office as well. I will definitely be referring family and friends here! You won’t regret going here!”
