“How wonderful escaping from hectic!! It was worth going from Japan. I joined five days retreat program in September, which was my first-time retreat and an unforgettable stay. In short, the hosts - Lana and Mark, program and session, the room, the meals... -- everything was fantastic! I especially loved relaxing in the quiet morning, chilling out on the poolside and doing yoga/meditation in the sunshine. I found 'my neutral' through the sessions at last. I hope to visit here again.”

“I've never written a review for a vacation home before but the Arizona Vacation Rentals company surpassed my expectations and I felt compelled to share my experience. Communication was always great if I ever needed anything and If I ever had any questions. The process of renting the location was a simple and seamless. the information binder inside the home had all the information I could have possibly needed and was helpful. The home itself was fully furnished and felt welcoming. I instantly felt comfortable and everything was stocked from kitchen ware to towels and sheets. The maintenance on the location was top notch! Its obvious they have regular house cleaning done and the pool out back was maintained and clean. I enjoyed that the location was close to a main road and conveniently close to grocery stores, banks, etc... Overall a 100% wonderful experience and I highly recommend working with Arizona Vacation rentals whenever you are looking for a home rental.”

“There were so many things I loved about this place and many things I disliked as well. Super clean apartments, no bugs, generally quiet neighborhood, good place for a family (lots of kids around) the grounds are well kept and maintenance is nice and quick to respond. They also have recycling which is nice. I have a baby, and there is a nice, quiet neighborhood loop to walk around with her. I also enjoyed Indian school road park just a couple minutes away. On the downside: The new apartments are made very poorly, the angles are crooked, the paint washed off with water and the floor boards come up easily. The management has gone through three managers in the 6 months I was there, which was kinda weird. I love that the units have washers and dryers, as well as a dishwasher and micro wave, however all those appliances are definitely the cheapest and WORST I have ever used. Super weak, I’d wash my clothes and dishes and they’d come out still dirty. Parking was fine after they sorted out the spot issue, but with the previous managers they kept giving multiple people the same spot and it was really frustrating. People tend to not pick up dog poop, and the neighboring apartment complex has a few people that seem to have drug addictions or mental illness and tend to scream throughout the day and night. That issue has calmed down a bit, though. Overall this was a nice place to stay but definitely wasn’t a home I wanted to stay at long term.”
