“I have had good experiences renting out my property, and I am extremely surprised by so many negative comments. I wonder if there is one set of business practices for one group of people and a completely different business practice (Including being rude) for the other group. Question: I would like to have a better understanding of why tenants have been treated so differently. Certainly tenants are expected to pay rent on time and to keep the place clean and habitable.
