“I'm glad I moved in before reading these poor reviews. While a bit irresponsible on my part, it would have turned me off an otherwise pleasant renting scenario. There are certainly a few things that could be improved upon, such as adding the modern convenience of online rent payment and improving the quality (or decreasing the cost) of the laundry machines. However, management has always been efficient and helpful when concerns arise, and so far I have had no issues with the apartment or utilities. This is not the best apartment complex in Tempe, nor even in the area. Having said that, it is a complex that seems to be making strides at both improving its image, and providing a reliable living experience to those who may be looking for an affordable rent. The apartments are clean, fairly large, and management is incredibly good at helping those who have patience.”
