“I've lived in Sun Villa for about 6 1/2 yrs, and I enjoy my apt location (there are six courtyards). The apts are on the smaller size (one bedroom - 550 square feet) but since I'm partially handicapped the smaller space makes it easier for me to clean. Besides, I can only be in one room at a time. However, because of the small space, it gets a bit messy when you don't have storage on the property. I have a couple of hobbies which take up more space than I have. We all have patios in front of our apartments. I love using mine as it's peaceful. Sometimes people walk by and sit for a while. Impromptu conversations are the best. The pool is always beautifully kept. We're also able to participate in activities hosted by Fountian of the Sun and their volunteers. Sun Villa is located inside a larger 55+ community. It's a golf course community, along with sooo many other things to do.We feel safe here because we are gated and guarded. FYI: there are issues living here - the place isn't perfect...but do you know of any complex/HOA where they don't have issues? Sun Villa is not for everyone. If you want to park your vehile in a covered spot then this isn't the place for you. SV is a central mail delivery location - that means we don't get mail on Saturdays. If that's an issue for you, then look elsewhere. I really do enjoy living here, and I plan to live here for many years to come. Are you going to be my neighbor?”
