The drive through is served on the same line as in house patrons and I was a little surprise to be at the front of the line and have a server step in front of me and ignore me while she filled an order for someone in the drive thru. “I ordered online through their mobile app and the delivery was handled by GrubHub. Unfortunately the GH delivery driver brought the wrong order (there was more than one order with the same fort name) so I called the store to see if there was any way they could bring me the correct order since I couldn’t eat the incorrect items given to me due to health restrictions and I could not come in to the store because I was working at my retail location alone that day and thus could not abandon the store during business hours. The manager I spoke with, Scott, sent one of his employees, Caleb to my store since it was only half a mile away with the correct order since it was an honest mistake and I could not leave my store. When Caleb got to my store though, he only had half of the order, so he came back a second time with my complete order at no additional charge to thank me for my patience and understanding. I was thrilled to receive my regular order and then the half order all for the one price. I just thought that it was great customer service from both Scott and Caleb, being willing to my store not once but twice to ensure I got my correct order, and I will definitely keep going to that location.”
