The food is absolutely delicious out of this world for a all you can eat buffet, the price is right and it has many choices of all kinds and types of foods including the sushi which also is AMAZING I have tipped the guy each time I am here who makes the sushi cause he knows what he is doing. The only thing I can say that needs improvement is how your greeted at the door and or spoken to at the tables when given the drink you want as well. The customer service is just a tad lack luster but I still will be coming back as everything else is perfectly fine.”

“I have been coming in here a lot lately as I live down the street. I sometimes sit and do work for hours so I for sure can say I spend tons of time in this Einstein’s. Every time I come I am impressed. Every. Single. Time. The staff is SO NICE! Especially the manager - at least I assume he is the manager - he is always going out of his way to help people and make them feel welcome. The food is always great and I have never had an issue with my order. The one time I saw an issue with someones order here was it took a bit to long - mind you the guy was not getting impatient at all - and they sincerely apologized and told him to pick a sweet for the inconvenience. That’s what they do here...go above and beyond because they are amazing at customer service. Not after the fact when someone is mad. Bottom line is I love this place. I wish more places would take a hint from here. Keep up the good work guys!!”

It is the same as it was when I was a child over 5 decades ago. Well there is a couple of changes they have soft chocolate ice-cream ???? now. Something that I really love. Their Blizzard that it is a very thick shakes. They are so thick that they turned it upside down before they give it to you and nothing comes out. The staff at this place is so good, they all take pride in their work.”
