The back drop can not be better. You truly are minute's from hiking, biking,,horse back riding, tubing, camping. Right on the foot hills of the Superstition Mountains you can not beat the views and the opportunity for endless out door exploring when starts to cool for the winter in Phoenix metro area. Copa mobile park is right on the Apache Junction and Mesa boarder. Which I absolutely adore. You have gas stations, all fast food, Walmart etc right here jn minutes with out the nightmare of traffic in the valley. So whether you need a place to park a trailer or a mobile home or to visit a loved one. I would give Copa mobile park a A. Truly a blessing for my family and our journey. “3 years ago I gave a review about Grand Missouri that was a little negative about the management in play then and how all the parks amenities, pools, clubhouse, weight room were always closed to the residents. This was pre Covid-19 so I couldn't see why these amenities were no longer available for residents to enjoy. Poor management seemed to be the culprit. Fast forward to present day and I can tell you that the whole ambience/ mood of the park has dramatically changed for the better. What a difference the new management has done with revitalizing this community. The Clubhouse is available to residents and pools and weight room should be coming available very soon. The difference being that this manager has a plan and she along with the owner are on the same page with what needs to change, how to implement these changes that will provide all the residents the amenities we all can enjoy as well as always striving to provide a safe family oriented community. Good job!”

“UPDATE: Thank you to management for taking care of the below previous issue! Changed previous 2 stars to 4! PREVIOUS: It was a nice atmosphere until about a month ago, when up the street new tenants moved in, all of whom are FAR below the 55+ age this park is advertised to be, (appear to be teenagers or young adults). With these new tenants I have witnessed loud fighting, fist fight in the street, rock throwing, multiple different cars at all hours, etc. Not the peaceful environment it once was.”
