Considering the fact I was only window shopping and not sure if I was gonna actually get a unit I didn't expect the treatment I got. The manager was the nicest person I've seen in customer service in a long time. Marissa was so helpful and very informative. She definitely helped me make my decision of planning my move in next month. I was shocked at the amount I will be saving by moving my stuff here. It was nice to see a happy smiling face and was so eager to make sure I was happy with everything!!! I would definitely recommend this place. Can't wait to make the move. It's hard to get good customer service nowadays but Marissa really made me feel welcome and it was genuine . This was my 3rd place I stopped and looked at I had 4 more to go look at but after my visit she sold me. Thanks Marissa!!!!”

I went in to drop off my ring to be resized (which I am currently waiting on), as well as getting my my husband's ring cleaned. Jaivyen was extremely friendly throughout the entire exchange (which only took about 10 minutes in total, because he also provided fast and efficient service), he took the time to speak with me about my day and displayed phenomenal customer care and attentiveness. Unfortunately in the current world that we live in, there are many people who no longer value customer appreciation. However, today that was not the case. My husband was also very impressed with the way in which he cleaned the ring, and stated that it looked brand new!”
