“Highly recommend this facility! All of the staff are incredibly helpful and kind. The units are a really good value, best ones I’ve found in the Phoenix area! They also work with you if you need help, at one point I had missed my payment due to my dad being in the hospital and when I told them why I missed it, they immediately waived the late fees I had accrued. It’s also super convenient to make payments as they offer automatic payment as well as an online payment portal. They definitely know how to provide world class customer service and treat you like a friend. I have already recommended this facility to my family and will continue to do so! If you need a storage unit, don’t go anywhere but Ace Storage. :)”

“Been at this location since 2017 and I must say that the property is one of the cleanest properties and well maintained properties I have ever seen. Very friendly staff as well. They also have a restroom available during office hours to use and even the restroom in clean. Great prices for the size of the units. Some of the larger units do not come up for rent very often which tells you that whoever gets a unit here plans on keeping the unit for quite some time. In my experience that is because people like the price they are paying and they like the property location and staff. I highly recommend getting a unit here if you need one. There are lots of indoor climate controlled units available. Property has plenty of video surveillance as well. So no need to worry about someone breaking into your unit.”

“I read the other reviews and was ready for hell. However i had a 6:30 am appointment, checked in a 6:15 am and was unloaded and had my bills by 7:40am. The manager and fork truck driver were extremely helpful, fast and pleasant. I wasn't the only truck in and out within 2 hours either while i was there. Get there on time. If you're late you'll be fit in.”
