A few years ago, MEH and Poolwerx merged. I am happy to say that nothing has changed on our end. “Perfect experience, top to bottom. Nick at the nursery was unbelievably helpful in helping us with 3 fruit trees that we were looking for. He was personable, professional, and knowledgeable. On the day of the plant, Cesar and his team were also absolutely awesome. They found a broken irrigation hose where one of the trees was going to be planted and promptly fixed it for me. His watering instructions were thorough and easy to follow, and his team, and himself, were professional and super efficient. All in all, a true A+ experience. I'm hesitant to use chains, but I could not be happier with how everything turned out. Employees like these need to be retained and paid higher for there talent, they are the reason why I will continue using moon valley, and recommending moon valley to everyone I know. I had a couple of issues (track for the seat cushion was not latched and cracked tab on one of the arms) with a Herman Miller chair that was shipped to me from NYC and brought it into the warehouse on Friday. To manage expectations, Martin (Warehouse Service contact) told me that if they need/have the parts in the warehouse, it would be ready on Monday. And if not, they would need to order the parts which could take 4-6 weeks. As promised on Monday, the track on the seat cushion was fixed. And to save me another 20+ minutes each way trip, Martin and his manager came up with a solution to resolve the cracked tab on the arm. Additionally, being new in Phoenix, my Waze navigation sent me to the wrong location when i went to drop of the chair and Brian, the service coordinator, stayed on the phone and helped me navigate my way to the warehouse. Thank you so much Martin, Martin’s manager and Brian for a providing fantastic customer experience!”

“Small mom and pop pharmacy in Avondale. We first discovered this pharmacy more than 10 years ago after a trip to the urgent Care. We dropped our prescription off at one counter, walked to the end of the counter and it was ready to pick up! I've never gone back to the big pharmacies after that. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They carry every prescription drug and have even special-ordered durable medical supplies at half the cost of the shelved items at the big pharmacies.
