So, I called their partners and Cody at Supreme Retroz had the best attitude out of all of them. Real cool, down-to-earth, vibe. I told him I wanted an amber delete, he gave me a price, I shipped my lights. A couple weeks later I got my lights back looking so awesome. We needed a cake on a very short notice and she worked with us diligently and listened to every single of our requests while giving us her feedback making sure that what we wanted turned out perfect. We had an idea in mind and gave her pictures of the cake we wanted along with the modifications of it and she gave us an exact replica of that. She is clearly very passionate about what she does and humble as well, which made all of our communication encounters very pleasant. The cake and cookies were so fresh and tasted amazing! “We have a home in Arizona and another in Wisconsin, and like so many other "snow birds", we spend half the year in Phoenix for the great weather! When we were hear last winter, we hired Hochuli Design & Remodeling Team to "do their thing" for us while we were gone. We had some conversations with Lorrie and basically told her to "do her thing". She ran stuff by us, but her ideas and suggestions were "right on" and perfect. And after the design stage, Scott takes over with the construction end. They have a great working website that posts their calendar for the project, and pictures get posted every day of the work that was done that day, and the logs tell us what is going to be done tomorrow. It was fantastic to watch it happen from afar. And when we finally got back here December 1st, we were blown away by how beautiful it was. We couldn't be happier. Scott and Lorrie are fantastic. Thank you for our beautiful winter home!”

“I had my floors replaced with a quality laminate floating floor. The initial salesman was Caleb. I basically told him about the floor that I saw elsewhere and asked him to show me something similar. As we looked at the samples he guided me to the proper type of floor that would be best for my needs. I have a tri-level home so there were alot of stairs involved. They came out beautifully. My kitchen was designed by Kelly at Builders Flooring. She did a great job with suggestions and helped to keep me within my budget. All of the installers, from the cabinets to the baseboards and the floor in-between were top notch, well qualified professionals. You can go anywhere to get good products but you can't get good service and follow up service just anywhere. I would recommend Builders Flooring and Decor to anyone.”
