Never heard back ( even though order paid in full). Called them 2 weeks later and was told they don't install/work on Saturdays! Unbelievable. Don't know why they never called me. What kind of service is this for people who work? Not very customer friendly. Install scheduled for today. No call. Called them, no they DON'T have me on their list! Claimed to have never spoken with me about today's install. Said they are too busy to install today and will have Steve get back with me. This is not good business. Was not treated nicely. After posting this review I received a phone call from the owner. He was very understanding, apologized and was very professional. My install was scheduled for the next day. They came out on time and install was completed very professionally. I am very satisfied that this misunderstanding was rectified so quickly. Very happy now with the product and with Elite. Just make sure you can keep up the good service even as your company grows.”
