We were prepared for a mess, but pleased with their attention to keeping the home clean every day. Even my son mentioned that he was expecting the effort to be a dusty mess. And they had great COMMUNICATION throughout the effort. From ordering the hardware to the daily work schedule, there was excellent communication and cooperation throughout the process. He's always careful to call ahead, making sure our dogs are put away while he works. He asks what, if anything, he should be aware of that might be new that he needs to treat for.
