“Listen to me. I have never had such a pleasant experience at any store in my life. Hailey was amazing. The two girls both greeted me before the door closed behind me. I was thinking, this can't be real. I even asked them if it was a recording, but it was them. They made me feel so welcome, they handled my router return in record speed, Hailey was polite, we joked a bit, lots of smiles, and my needs were met and exceeded. I just moved here and the UPS store I came from was a nightmare, I hated having to go there. (Union city, CA, I'm talking to you!). I do a lot of UPS for work and would intentionally go to drop off access points so I didn't have to deal with the ladies in that store. Now I can't wait to go back and visit the girls in this store. Happy to have found a good spot. It's been hard to find decent employees, and I'd be glad to employ these girls. They had pulled a script over from another pharmacy because it was much cheaper at Frys because of the good rx discount. My fiance said their lunch sandwiches are amazing. Their coffee drinks aren't very good (coffee tasting) though. The mocha drink I got tasted like liquid sugar. Employees are always very nice and the line so far has never been very long or taken very long to get through.”

“Called in for information on a 22 Tacoma for a bakflip bed cap and side steps. Parts were in stock set appointment. Wife and I drove in expecting a 3-4 hour time frame as we were early. Checked in walked to a nearby motorcycle shop and browsed for an hour. Returned to see them working on the truck. We went inside and about 30 minutes later I said I’m going to go out to watch for awhile. By the time I got out of the door they were pulling the truck out. He walked me over to look at it then inside to pay. There was a slight discrepancy with the amount so the second guy talked with Nate who looked at the computer and said yup it didn’t get the proper discount. No hassle problem solved. Two hours later instead of four we were heading out. Great place, great service from everyone especially Nate.”
