They went out of their way to arrive early morning to replace dry wall in order to facilitate tank replacement. “Background: I had XTC install a leveling kit two years ago this month. After hearing some noises I wanted it checked out and took it to the RAM dealership. They proceeded to tell me the ball joints were going bad and because they were aftermarket would not cover the repair. They recommended reaching out to the manufacturer. I called XTC up and talked to Nate. He was awesome! Offered to take a look to see if it was covered under ReadyLifts warranty. He not only confirmed everything was still good to go but took the time to lubricate everything and make sure the truck was safe before leaving. Amazing customer service. They took care of me two years ago and had another great experience with them today. If you need somewhere to take your rigs I would highly recommend these guys.”
