I would research new recipes, get my grocery list together, then go shopping, to spend HOURS meal prepping every Sunday for the following week. I’m on a strict meal plan since I’ve hired a nutritionist and the regular size meals help me hit my targets within 5g every day. The 8 meals give me lunch and dinner from Monday to Friday. I was immediately put into a room by the amazing ladies at the front and within 5 minutes they came and took vitals and asked the usual questions. Within 2 minutes of the nurse leaving the doctor came into see us! Dr. John was so sweet and amazing and genuinely cared. He even let my little girl listen to her heart beat. She was so happy and comfortable with him. We were in and out with 15 minutes. Ive come back 4 times since and every experience has been exceptional!!”

Sheila came in and helped design the most efficient kitchen layout and we were thrilled with the concepts she came up with. She listened to our needs as we are foodies who like to play in the kitchen. We weren't sure about flooring but she suggested a wood floor to compliment the cabinets and counter tops. It blended perfectly with are decor and style. She monitored the whole process and made sure it was done right. If you aren't that savvy with choosing colors...she is awesome!!
