Although apprehensive because this was also my initial use of vision benefits under my Medicare Advantage policy, I knew I needed the eye exam and glasses desperately. The completion of my exam and final purchase required two visits, however this was due to my need for further financial research. Dillon was the associate who helped me throughout the process. He was knowledgeable, patient, and available to answer all of my questions. At the end of the first visit, one pair of glasses became unavailable but rather than leaving me uncertain about options, Dillon took ownership of the issue, made his recommendations, and I didnt have a minute of doubt. All of the specialists and staff offered exceptional customer service. I would recommend this store!!”

I went in to drop off my ring to be resized (which I am currently waiting on), as well as getting my my husband's ring cleaned. Jaivyen was extremely friendly throughout the entire exchange (which only took about 10 minutes in total, because he also provided fast and efficient service), he took the time to speak with me about my day and displayed phenomenal customer care and attentiveness. Unfortunately in the current world that we live in, there are many people who no longer value customer appreciation. However, today that was not the case. My husband was also very impressed with the way in which he cleaned the ring, and stated that it looked brand new!”
