“These folks did a tremendous job with my family and I. Four of us came in for exams and glasses on two different days. We each ordered two pair of glasses. A few weeks later I picked them all up and we each had problems with at least one pair. So I called the store, was told to come in at out convenience and we did. Well, they fixed everyone's frames quickly and perfectly. Mine however had problems with the lenses. Paul, who I believe was a manger, took the time to meticulously analyze what the problem was with my prescription. Once he determined what was wrong, he made sure to check and double check my vision before recommending a solution. He then told me they would remake the pair for me and include some upgrades for the inconvenience. I felt completely taken care of... and in a world where you often have to fight to get what is right... the people at this America's Best have definitely demonstrated they do the right thing. In short, they live up to their name. Well done!!!”

I didn't pay it too much attention as that phrase is thrown around a lot but rarely backed-up, at least from my experiences. He backed it up and it was a nice surprise. I also noticed that he is a good manager. I told him I wanted to show my appreciation somehow and his response was "sure, you can buy the guys in the shop a gatorade, they do all the hard work, they'd like that". “My mom and I stopped by the antique mall on Saturday, and had a great time. The employees are super nice, the store is enormous and has everything (jewelry, dishes, clothing, hats, records, furniture, Western stuff, all kinds of collectibles, etc.) I'd recommend allowing more than an hour if you want to see everything, we only had 45-50 minutes (we had lunch plans, and didn't realize how giant this store is), and I'm sure we missed plenty. The employees walk around, offer help, and they'll bring the items you've already selected to the front so you don't have to keep lugging them around with you. Mom and I each found a couple of things we loved, left spending under $20 each. They do have higher priced items as well, something for everyone!”

“I’ve been here for coffees and brunch several times in the past. Finally had dinner here last night. Due to Covid, reservations are a must. Stayed with the Parmesan truffle fries with truffle aioli dip while enjoying a drink. The fries were great and if anyone needed they’re considered gluten free. Then ordered the braised short rib Substituted the mashed potatoes with rapini. The ribs are marinated in a bourbon caramel sauce for hours. Ridiculous flavor and melts in your mouth. Also hag the heirloom tomato and watermelon salad. Great selections and great service Unfortunately the photos aren’t the best.”
