Throughout the selection process, Julie took the time to explain the various options, providing real samples to help me envision the finished product. She was also flexible with installation dates. During installation, Raphael was time-efficient and very clean. I really appreciate that he placed butcher paper on my floors to help protect them from dirt picked up on shoes coming in from outside.
