We had some difficulty getting my Visa card approved because of a fraud investigation from having my card compromised earlier this year. He told me he'd hold my info until the next day because I would have time to contact my card fraud people. All this was approved by his supervisor. The next day he called me while I was at my bank. To make a long story short, he stayed with me all the way through until it was approved. “We felt the service was very accommodating and friendly. Guadalupe from housekeeping did our room in 1021 all week and did a great job. The property is very beautiful and well kept. The pool areas were relaxing and great for all ages. Everything was easy to get to and food was good. and even though the beaches had a seaweed issue they did a great job keeping the beaches clean.”

“Brent's place was the perfect spot for our recent trip to Scottsdale. The apartment was spacious, clean, and central to almost everything we were in North Scottsdale to see and do. Bedrooms were located on opposite ends of a hallway which allowed the ideal private setup for a father/son stay. Clearly written instructions made for an easy check in/out... and all communication was addressed promptly. The covered garage was an added bonus. There is a bit of road noise in the master bedroom but this, for us, was not a problem. BAVR is definitely a reliable resource when visiting the Phoenix area... ask for Brent or Spencer!”

“my wife and i booked a half day hike + half day kayak with this outfit. They did a fantastic job, a home run. They chose a great location for our hike in Tonto, tough up and down, some gnarly terrain but a great challenge and rewarding to get it done, a real sense of accomplishment. They provided us with two excellent guides, Owen and Missy which was perfect, a ying/yang guide combo. After a great morning hike, they supplied a hearty and yummy lunch, then kayak Lower Salt River. A nice peaceful way to wrap up the day. Loved the trip, I want to move to Arizona. I highly recommend this outfit.”
