We had the presidential suite and instead of a dining room table we had a ping pong table. Could have been used for a dining room table but no chairs. WorldMark needs to upgrade their decor”

“Nice hotel. They were in the middle of doing upgrades to the rooms during our stay. We never heard any of the work being performed and our stay was 5 days long. Stephen the GM of the hotel was very helpful at check-in. He gave us multiple ideas for great places to eat that are walking distance from the hotel. He also chatted with us each time he saw us like we were old friends playing catch up.. The fountain park that is across the street has a very nice paved trail to have a nice easy walk. Would definitely stay here again. Beds were very comfy. Our only negatives which brings this to a 4 star rating is the shower has no shelves for soaps and shampoos so you have to reach to the floor. Nor is there towel racks for your hand or bath towels.. The other is the furniture ie desk armoire hutch etc etc seemed to be very inexpensive not commercial grade quality. Overall rooms looked very sharp and clean housekeeping does a wonderful job cleaning rooms. The pool here is heated and the hot tub is good sized.”

“The condos at Pointe Tapatio Cliffs are in a great location and we found it easy to get around the entire Phoenix area from this location. The pools and spas were clean and we spent most afternoons in the water. The full time residents at the condos were friendly and we enjoyed their company around the pool each afternoon. Steve made the check-in process easy and explained everything we needed to know very clearly. The one bedroom unit was the perfect size for my wife and I during our eight day stay. The unit had everything we needed. The only downside to our stay, which is no fault of Resort Vacation Rentals at Pointe Tapatio Cliffs, was the young neighbor in the unit above where we stayed. More than once we’d hear her loudly talking on the phone, often yelling, at whoever she was talking to. She has two smaller dogs and she was gone during the day. In the late afternoon the two dogs would start barking and would continue barking until she came home that evening. Luckily we went to the pool most afternoons so we got away from the dogs barking. Don’t get me wrong, I like dogs but not when they constantly bark. Not sure if this is something that can be addressed with the HOA, but it should be. We enjoyed our stay and would go through Resort Vacation Rentals at Pointe Tapatio Cliffs to book a condo on our next visit to Phoenix but would book a different unit due to the overhead noise. Since this rating if for Resort Vacation Rentals at Pointe Tapatio Cliffs, I’m giving them five stars as they were great to work with but if this rating was for the actual unit, I’d give 3 or 4 stars due to the barking dogs.”

“On Jan 19, I went to Jack's Ticket Agency to buy Super Bowl tickets. The owner, Bruce Genzburg was very knowledgeable about the process of buy Super Bowl tickets so I agreed to purchase two very good seats. He explained to me that the tickets were not available yet as they had not been distributed yet. He guaranteed me that he could fill my order. During the next 11 days, I saw the tickets prices go out of sight. I began to doubt his ability to get the tickets I wanted for the price we agreed on. However, Bruce was able to deliver my two tickets before the agreed upon date. And the seats were in an absolutely wonderful location. Bruce is very experienced and stands by his word. I will definitely use Bruce for my ticket needs in the future.”
