“I have so much to say about this facility. I'm very impressed with this facility as well as the healthcare workers. And thanks to front desk workers, activities people, all the PT and OT people, the Maintenace crew, the janitors and the cafeteria. I appreciate all the different meals they came up with. 5 stars to all of you. Being here for 2 months, I can not say one bad thing about Springdale. I kept communications open and any concerns I had or my partner, these problems were taken care of. All our families are living out of AZ and Springdale is our family. My partner will be here until she goes to her home, where no more pain will hurt her. The facility has much love and caring - I had bad days and they were there to comfort me. Janice made sure I had water and was a great sport answering my call light. She is a hard worker and I give her 5 stars. All the nursing were great too. I give them 5 stars. I will be giving Springdale 5 stars. Everyone deserves a thank you from me and Addie. so Thank You! Bless all of you and keep doing the best you can do.
