I followed the directions as given. I WAS actually surprised that it did work. Weight came off and I saw the body of years past. The what and how for food consumption made sense. Nutrition is the best medicine. The doctors prescribe meds to sort some things within the body, but those solutions provided by big “PHARMA” leave internal problems that synthetic meds leave behind. That is an addiction can be stopped with some discipline and trying something outside of our comfort zones. To be successful, one needs to decide what the goals are and just listen to the program. After time, you’ll see results. Be diligent and it WILL work!

Where do I begin? I have various health issues plus a full-time job and mother of 4 teens/adults. Hypertension, slow thyroid, partial hysterectomy last year, digestive problems, stress, and being middle aged, are just SOME of the things that were literally "weighing me down" (hehe). I had 20 stubborn lbs that were driving me to frustration for months so I decided to check out Blue Skies. From the first visit, wow! Susan listened to EVERYTHING I said so that she could gain insight for my weight loss plan. She was attentive, knowledgeable, genuine, friendly, and professional. She actually customized the plan to my needs and strengths to maximize results. Susan values each client/patient which is evident in the dedication of her time/attention at each appointment. Lastly, I cannot forget about Skyrose at the front desk. She is such a delightful person! Thank you both for the lovely experience you provide at every visit and during every phone call. Susan is a highly skilled practitioner and offers many services. This offce is conveniently located for us Green Valley residents so a trip to Tucson is not needed. I have lost weight after trying for years, and her medical grade supplements are a bonus.

Susan is A M A Z I N G! I've been to medical weight loss centers before and lost some weight, but have never been successful in reaching my goal weight or keeping it off. I just ended up gaining it back. I found Susan when I felt like I had hit rock bottom. Had a baby, then seemed like all I did was eat during the pandemic and was SO unhappy and uncomfortable with myself. I went in kind of numb, knowing I'd taken this route before and not expecting much. I am 60 pounds down since Sept! Susan gives me the Information and Education I never knew I needed that tells me how certain foods affect me and how my body is going to react. This has been so key in my success b/c before when the scale didn't move, I would get discouraged. Now when it doesn't, I KNOW WHY. I still have a little ways to go before I reach my goal weight, but I plan to continue to visit Susan for the foreseeable future beyond that as her ongoing support is going to help keep me accountable and on the right track.
