    Checked in and completed registration documents online, 15 minute wait and super easy process once at the clinic. Front desk representative was warm and friendly. 5 minute wait in the lobby and then in a room. Nurse/MA was very friendly. I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Williamson. He’s been with CareNow for many years and he’s a fantastic physician. It was a delight to be treated by him today!

    The Care Now in the city that I live in was packed prosper had no waiting so they contacted me and asked me if I wanted to come in there. Yes it was a 30 minute drive but it was worth it. Mitch was very nice asking me questions and getting ready for the doctor to come in when the doctor came in she encouraged me that everything that the other visits has been done right she just added a couple of things for me to get well.

    Care now took great care of me, after cutting my finger. They stitched me up and sent me on my way. The doctor and Nurse were caring and efficient. The facility was nice and clean. Also Front desk was friendly. I Highly Recommend Care Now!

    From the greeting to the checkout, everyone was kind, sympathetic, and informative. Never felt as if I was being rushed out. Would recommend this facility for your urgent care needs.

    Always a pleasure and outstanding experience with Adjae Hall, NCT. Deserves 5 stars for her great customer service and be able to be seen fast. She is always prompt and responsive in answering any questions. She takes into consideration the timely service to provide her clients so that they are attended promptly. Was provided great service and always love to go back again for lab testing and other urgent care needs.
