Wes was very professional, and polite. We are very happy with the quality of service that was provided. They programmed the system and made sure all was explained and working well on the first visit.

Bart called to say he could show up earlier than scheduled and wanted to know if it was OK. I said sure and he arrived 2 hours earlier. He assessed the situation and proceeded to repair the shower faucet. He took out the old 'stuck' cartridge and installed a new one. He made sure there were no leaks and finished the job. Bart was very courteous and professional!

My kitchen sink started leaking so I gave Woods Plumbing a call, I was able to get a same day appointment and they were early for it. Staff were very professional and friendly. I did experience some issues with my leak detector valve not being reset causing my water filter system to stop working after they left, but they were able to send someone else out the next day and fixed it.
