“Mike and I have a long friendship. Which is why when Mike asked me if I would like to do the work involved in a LifePlan together, I said yes. Not because of the friendship, but because I knew I could trust him and share some of my innermost aspirations in life. There is a process to creating a LifePlan, it takes work and focus. It's not a haphazard activity you do because there is no good movie to watch. As my facilitator (and a very methodical one, at that), Mike's role has been to lead me step by step into and through the process. What were we aiming at? A greater self-understanding of my true purpose in life, and a truer alignment "inside". It wasn't unlike peeling off an onion, removing layers of "other people's expectations", "must-be", "must-do", "must have". There is doubt, and there is the removal of doubt. There might be tears. There will be smiles and moments of elation. At the end of these two days, I had a workable roadmap of guiding principles to follow and bold actions to accomplish to walk toward what I want to see done in my life. The means to the end may change: but the direction will remain true north. A purpose may be accomplished in 10, 20, 50 different ways; like a running river will go down the mountain through a variety of gullets and cracks and rock beds. But it will rush down anyways. If you know what you want to be, do and have as a result, you may change horses but you won't change tack. Your compass is right. My LifePlan removed the unnecessary. I may take thrice as long I thought I would need to get where I want to be, but my actions remain focused on a set of goals respecting a more harmonious balance between self, family, work, community, and -- for me -- Jesus-Christ. This certainty is worth having... in a world that is insanely running after its own tail in crazy circles, destroying so many in the process. If you are at a crossroads, or in a long-term funk, not knowing why you live this life or what's your place in the world, you may want to have a look at a LifePlan with Mike. Time wisely invested.”

“Dined in late 10:30 pm, food came out tasting delicious. Waiter was bomb and brought everything out quick along with water. We came in after being outside so it was nice to get that water refill. Got the Asian zing and garlic Parmesan which was so good, along with a large fry (and e already started eating so the photos aren’t full dishes, sorry was hungry) which was good for four. Only reason for the 4 stars is that it smells like a gym locker coming in lol food was still bomb though.”

“I love the convenience of having visits in my home. A recent late evening fever and earache for our three year-old would’ve previously kept us awake and worrying if it was an actual ear infection or the flu that has been going around. With a quick phone call and the visit that followed, we got our prescription medication for $3 for his ear infection and a single dose of Tylenol. We all ended up sleeping well and we didn’t have to wait for his ear to get worse while debating to go in elsewhere. We are so glad to be a part of Direct Care Arizona. $15 a month for each kid is money well spent as it provides peace of mind having access to Trevor whenever we have questions and healthcare needs. We could not be happier :-)”
