(September 8, 2020, 2:42 am)A little limited in selection, but the food they do have is hands down some of the best down home cooking I've ever had. I can think of few better ways to spend an afternoon than out on their patio overlooking the aspens on a cool fall day. Anytime of year is beautiful. And the staff is so nice. Would move to Summerhaven if I could just to get lunch here every day!

We were, however, disappointed in the quality of product on the plates but the presentations of the products were well done.
Thank you for a lovely day today! We look forward to another great experience soon, hopefully.

(June 8, 2020, 1:46 pm)one of a kind restaurant in a different world compared to down the hill. You'll feel like you've arrived to Colorado up here with beautiful blue sky and pine trees. The folks here at Iron Door show that they are not just putting their time in, they take great pride in everything they do. The food is delicious, especially the sandwiches and desserts. The staff are also amazing bending over backwards to make your dining experience up here the best it can be. Prices are a little bit expensive, but really, you get what you pay for so it is absolutely worth it.
