I met my orthodontist for the first time this morning. I think his name is Jim. I went in thinking that I have TMJ, but he said I have a dislocation and said he wants to give me an appliance to help with the problem. I told him I'm a snowbird and will be leaving in 2 weeks. He was able to have me x-rayed, have a mold made of my teeth for the appliance, and ordered an ultrasound to be given to me today for the pain. The appliance is going to be ready in a week. I was amazed that he was able to do so much for me in such a short time. I also love his sense of humor! The cost of all this is a bit spendy, but they have a monthly payment plan that's a little easier to handle. I was pleasantly surprised with my first experience of seeing an orthodontist!

Been taking our child here for braces, doing a few phases as her teeth come in. The process has been easy and they explain everything well. They have little fun things they do for the kids as they go, and it has made the process much more enjoyable for our child. My orthodontist wasn’t this cool when I was a kid! 😆

Dr. Robison Rabe is a consummate professional. She is not only highly skilled at her craft but an absolute pleasure to work with. The entire process from start to finish was seamless. The office is also extremely well run, friendly, efficient and you never wait to be seen. We are lucky to have this level of talent and professionalism in Tucson.

Dr. Jaw Orthodontics is an amazing place to be seen. Dr. Robinson and Dr. Rabe have been treating me for almost 10 years. Every step of the way they are more than willing to help me and their other patients achieve the perfect smile. The front office staff and the Hygienists also deserve a round of applause. They are kind and do everything they can to make you comfortable. Scheduling will also work hard to get you in at a time that works with you, which is great if you have a busy schedule. Overall, Dr. Jaw is the go-to orthodontic practice in Tucson—with it’s amazing staff and orthodontists that work hard to help you every step of the way in your treatment.

My experience here was fantastic. I had my second round of braces here as an adult because I was the typical teenager who never wore her retainer and of course my teeth shifted. For the past few years my smile was something I was super insecure about. The doctors here were able to prefect my smile again and give me my confidence back. They are so detail oriented in their work and won't let you leave unhappy. They addressed my own personal concerns I had as well. The doctors are very informative and can answer any questions you may have in a very understanding way which is great for someone who is not well educated about the topic of braces. They also took into consideration my TMJ issues during treatment and made sure I was not uncomfortable due to those issues. On top of the doctors being great the staff there is fantastic as well. They are always so welcoming which creates a nice environment to be in. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend anyone to go here for their own treatment.
