ProActive Physical Therapy | Oro Valley

I've been treated for a lower back problem and now the shoulder. I love coming here because I know the staff care about the clients and encourage us to always do better. The exercises I was given for the lower back are still working over a year later. A SHOUT OUT to Leslie, who is an excellent therapist. Shoulder surgery was exactly 3 months ago and I'm finally not feeling any pain. The stretch techniques Leslie and Angela use are a bit painful but have helped the recovery. I couldn't recommend anywhere else to get better care. I lucked out when I first called Proactive and told them what I needed, they directed me right to Leslie, even though she was at a different location. If you are in need of physical therapy, this is a good place to be. Very professional yet a cheery place to visit!

Best PT office. Very organized. Detail oriented. Helpful. Always returns calls and emails. Works very hard to fit you in especially in an emergency. Communicates with patients very well. Frank Pfeil is very knowledgeable and empathetic. He helped me a lot as I navigated the aftermath of my son’s concussion. Highly recommend!

I have suffered from chronic migraines for most of my life that have been extremely debilitating. I have been through physical therapy before without consistent results. Being an employee of a neighboring Proactive location, I went to see Leslie. Leslie took a different approach to my therapy and I feel amazing, making my condition much more manageable. I respected that Leslie treated me like a patient, and not an employee of the company, and put my treatment first. Leslie continued to answer all my questions and modified my treatment plan to fit me perfectly. My treatment plan was not for the weak, and there were a few very unique exercises, but that is exactly what I had asked for. Although she takes her job very seriously, Leslie and her staff create a very fun and enjoyable environment, which made it sad to leave when I graduated :(.

The entire office staff was a joy to be around. Every time I went in for an appointment, I was greeted with smiling faces by Rico, Terri, and Kyla in the front office. They were able to answer all my questions and made appointment scheduling very easy.

A special thank you to Stephanie, my physical therapy tech, for brining such a positive energy, encouragement, and endless laughs.

I highly recommend Proactive Oro Valley for anyone dealing with pain looking to get their life back on track. I cannot thank them enough!

This was my first experience with Proactive after years and years of physical therapy at various locations for a variety of issues. I wish I would have had the opportunity to work with Leslie Drawdy every time. She was VERY professional, working with me with patience, courtesy and a bit of humor! The entire staff is friendly and encouraging and seemed genuinely interested in me and my well being and celebrated my progress with me. Please consider them for your PT needs. They are the best!
