  When it came to buying a house, we were pretty dumb. Still are, probably! But from our very first meeting to closing, Patti laid out the entire process for us, taking valuable time out of her day to explain a specific term or outline a process. She made sure we were comfortable with everything before moving onto the next step. She's a great teacher of real estate, and that was really invaluable to us.
  
  And even though it looks like Patti is all the way up in Oro Valley, her knowledge of midtown/campus-area Tucson is pretty unmatched. And, because she actually got to know us beyond our many beds/baths we wanted, she was able to help us find a beautiful home that was perfect for us in no time at all.

  We've now bought one house (in 2011) and sold two others (in 2016) with Patti as our agent. The former was a highly non-standard purchase (online auction of a foreclosure), and we were very glad to have her expertise on our side. When we moved away from Tucson, we chose to work with Patti again to sell our two houses there and are glad we did. She knows the market, she knows her business, and she doesn't play games or mess around. Patti is friendly, professional, ethical, and she works hard for her clients. We highly recommend her.

  Patti was a huge asset to me while selling my home and also helping me purchase a new home. She is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate here in Tucson. She was kind and compassionate throughout the experience. She graciously shares her resources and experiences to make the difficulties of buying and selling homes much easier. I would highly recommend her for all of your real estate transactions.

  "Patti" Patricia Kay Brown makes real estate FUN! I know that is hard to believe! We bought, sold and bought again with her and we laughed and giggled our way through what is always a stressful time. She has all the right contacts and trades people who make things happen. If she doesn't know the answer, she is on it, and gets things figured out.
  
  The Thing about Patti, if she is working with you, you feel like you are the most important thing she has going on at that moment. No matter how many balls she's got in the air... you don't see it. I'd trust her with any sale or purchase, she truly loves her job, and it shows!

  Patti helped my wife and I purchase a home in north/east Tucson, she is extremely knowledgeable of the Tucson area as she grew up in Tucson.
  Through no fault of Patti’s our transaction became very difficult, the listing agent was very inexperienced and completely lost control of her clients the sellers, Patti stepped in, took control and did some real magic arranging for the sellers to be moved out over a 3 day holiday weekend, without Patti I don’t think we would be living in this wonderful Tucson home! I would highly recommend Patti for any Tucson real needs!
