My family and I engaged with Kathleen during the pandemic when we decided to move from San Francisco to Tucson to be close to our family.  Our initial decision surely was a challenging one as we were not able to travel due to restrictions and we also have a 12 month old daughter thus keeping safe and healthy is surely top of mind in this entire effort.

After a few offers and lots of detailed negotiations, we found the house of our dreams.  During this closing stage is where Kathleen’s veteren status and skill set exponentially shined.  She demonstrated that she is an amazing negotiator and also worked diligently to make sure my wife and I understood all of the acronym soup and industry terms to achieve an amazing comfort left when buying a house site unseen.  Being our first property as a family we had a lot to learn and she continued to be patient often repeating things several times to assure we had full transparency and understanding in all decisions made.  I would also like to mention that Kathy tapped into her extremely diverse and responsive network when securing financing, multiple inspections and other basic things like setting up utilities to get our house up and running. She is a “turn key” solution!

After less than 60 days of our initial call with Kathleen, I am happy to say that we moved into our new home and could not be happier with our home, decision to work with Kathleen Baldauf and how easy and trouble free our house search was.
