  Al and Sandy worked hard and got our home sold very quickly. Their knowledge and experience helped us to navigate through some unique challenges that might have derailed the sale if we had less experienced real estate agents. They were always very responsive and gave us solid advice and recommendations that helped generate a lot of interest in our home to get it sold.

  From the moment that I met Al and Sandy, I had a very good feeling. They helped us to stage our house for sale. Al demanded the best photo settings from the photographer and they made a very nice pamphlet for potential buyers to take away. An offer came fairly quick and they helped us negotiate the best deal. We wanted to make one move, so we needed to close the sale and close the buy at the same time. They selected houses that they knew would fit our liking and helped us negotiate a great price on a great property. We closed on both properties on the same day and made one move... it was all perfect!

  Al and Sandy are a great team! Al was always available by phone, even when he was in New York! They really know what they're doing. Before we even listed the home officially, we met with Al and he told us what we needed to do before we listed. His suggestions were right on and he even recommended a handyman who did good work at a reasonable price.
  Once we had an offer, Al really started to show his stuff! He saved us thousands of dollars on the deal because we were tired and would have agreed to the first offer, but he insisted we rethink that. He was right!
  Sandi is great too. Her specialty is showing the place and adding her different perspective to things. Together, they're a formidable team and I've recommended them to others who have also been happy with the outcome! Thank you, Al and Sandi!
