Wonderful setting that helps transport you from the outside world into the serene, calming experience that awaits. Even before the class starts, you feel welcome and in the perfect space for your yoga practice. There's a nice variety of classes and eclectic mix of teaching styles to help you find your very best experience.

I can't really say enough good about Sangha. It's really the highlight of my day. I've gotten benefits beyond the class from working on posture and relaxing my mind to feeling stronger and more optimistic about aging. The space is transformative and safe. What a true blessing it is!

This yoga studio really deserves 10 stars, because it's such a special place.

What's so special about it? Pretty much everything:

(1) the studio itself evokes relaxation and calm because it's beautifully elegant in its simplicity and minimalism; (2) the variety of types of yoga and experience that the instructors bring is excellent; (3) the variety and scheduled times of the 60 minute classes suits my husband and myself; (4) the owner, Nicole, is not only an experienced yogi, she's gentle and kind and welcoming; and (5) we LOVE the diversity of students—all ages, all athletic (or in my case, non-athletic) levels, all shapes and sizes, all ethnicities, and a good balance of men and women. It just makes the studio that much more interesting and inviting. And lastly, the idea that Nicole is creating a "community," is appealing to us and so far, she has done a fantastic job of it!

I joined Sangha Yoga a few months ago and could not be happier with my membership.  The space is calming, the instructors are great and there are a variety of classes offered each week.  It's a welcoming community!

My friend and I took Cadre's Yoga Basics class today (Weds 11-12) and it was excellent. We aren't new to yoga, but haven't had a regular practice in years. We enjoyed her relaxed but thorough instruction. The facility is very spacious and serene too. We'll be back!
