  An all around terrific experience. Susan is a professional, good listener and confidence builder. Equipment is amazing and everything is clean and well cared for. Mark taught my first class of four people and he was also very good.

  As someone who has always been active, I am enjoying learning Pilates for the first time. The instructors at Swan are super helpful and the studio is relaxed. I highly recommend to anyone wanting to expand their fitness horizons. 😀

  I have fallen in love with Pilates and I’ve loved starting my Pilates journey at Swan Pilates!! After some prompting from my husband, I finally walked in and have felt at home ever since! I’ve worked with many of the instructors there and they have all been amazing. They challenge me, they encourage me and they are helping me become a healthier me, for which I’m so grateful! This has been the best thing I’ve ever done for myself.

  I attended Swan Pilates – Oro Valley during the month of February and found the studio to be such a welcoming, professional and friendly environment! To begin, I had introductory individual sessions with the owner Susan Swan, and then attended small group "quartets." I can truly say that Susan, my teachers Bailey, Dawn and Mark, and Christina who helped me with scheduling and answered my questions all made it such a positive experience. It was the perfect opportunity for me to continue my Pilates practice while escaping the cold Midwest!

  Ive only done a little mat Pilates and none with a reformer. Never had an interest - but two of my long term Pilates user friends who attend Swan, suggested I try Pilates and said Swan was the best place they had ever used. I went and loved it so much from the first minute. I signed up then and there for 2 x week private lessons. Why do I like it as a fitness modality?
  The equipment feels safe. The movement’s are interesting and creative I like how I feel stretching and doing core work. I always feel better when I walk out the door. The studio itself is just the right size, very clean and simply exquisite and not too far from my home. The instructors I have worked with are fun to work with, professional and caring. I find great value in learning these new exercises. I am a youthful active 70 year old hoping to be a young in spirit, active 100 year old.
