Hohenstein & Schwartz Family & Cosmetic Dentistry

My husband and I are new to Arizona and have been looking for a dentist and we have found a great one! We each tried a dentist and were not satisfied with our experiences. Then we heard about Hohenstein and Schwartz from our neighbors. We couldn’t be more pleased! Their office is lovely, their staff were welcoming and knowledgeable and best of all we didn’t feel pressured to get any work done. Dr. Hohenstein and our hygienists were attentive and explained all procedures. We have found an excellent place for all our future dental needs!

I went to Drs. Hohenstein and Schwartz for the first time yesterday. I was so impressed in general with the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the entire facility, how modern and patient-friendly it was, and the attention to COVID preventative measures. I really liked Dr. Schwartz who did a thorough examination and was very generous with his time for questions. His assistant Suzie was also lovely. And the hygienist Jackie was wonderful! So welcoming and good at her job. The front desk staff, Megan and Theresa , were also great- so efficient in making everything easy for me from the new patient forms to the payment at the end of my visit. I highly recommend this practice.

Finding the right professionals after moving to a new area is daunting and replacing my dentist who is my closest friend for over 50 years and president of the AZ chapter of the ADA is even more so.
However, I couldn't be happier with the entire friendly and efficient staff at Hohenstein & Schwartz and especially with Dr. Hohenstein. Great atmosphere and great work! What a relief to know I have found my new dental practice in Oro Valley.

You must have everything going for you to hit a big first impression in a dental practice; and Hohenstein and Schwartz have it all. Walked through the front door and was greeted by name. The front staff had prepared by processing my insurance, previous dental charts and dental history. I walked over to a beautiful aquarium and noticed a sign 'If you've been here 10 minutes, advise the front desk,' I was called in immediately and got X - Rays and Cleaning by two professionals that were personable, efficient and full of energy. Doctor Ron gave me a succinct and encouraging rundown on my dental health and a plan for improvement.
There are a wealth of fine professional services available here in Oro Valley; but this Family & Cosmetic Dentistry group have a marvelous combination of exceptional staff and superb dental practitioners.

My name is Marietta Weller and I have been a patient of Dr Hoenstein's for 30 years. He is very professional and caring. He doesn't try to do any dental work before it is absolutely necessary and therefore is very conservative with billing. I appreciate all the excellent dental care he has given me over the years and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
