Yes, sometimes my orders were not ready, but usually in the winter months when our winter visitors are here & they're extra busy. I've never had a rude encounter with any employee & exercise my patience when they're out of a medication if it's something we can wait a few days for. I've never seen them standing around doing nothing, they're always working hard in a very busy store.
