(November 1, 2019, 7:33 pm)Had my resonator stolen. Poor thief probably thought it was a catalytic converter.. Larry gave me an excellent quote and replaced the part in about 2 hrs. My car is nice and quiet again! Customer service was on point as well!
(February 8, 2018, 4:44 pm)After carefully analyzing my finances I realized that I can't buy a newer model vehicle so I figured I'd invest in my existing '09 XF. I wanted my car to "growl" in other words I wanted it to sound like a true V8 with a deep sound. This resulted in them removing the stock mufflers and installing some different resonators to get the perfect "growl" I was looking for. Now, I originally took it down to the Exhaust Works on Broadway that quoted me $450 to do the same work I got done at this location for just under $200!
Ken and Larry are great. They answered all of my questions and did their best to translate what I wanted into reality. My XF sounds super clean now, even when idle. It truly sounds like a V8 now. I will definitely go back to them for any future work on my husband's vehicle and I've already recommended them to my dad who has a few vehicles he may want to add the performance exhaust to.
This location is kind of hidden, it is on Fort Lowell and between Stone and 1st Avenue on the north side of the street. I actually stumbled upon this location while I was working across the street. It was the best discovery I made. They had a quick turnaround, be prepared to have someone pick you up because there is no waiting area.
I couldn't be happier.
